Purna Yoga

Today is Aurobindo Jayanti birth of Aurobinde who wrote and interpreted the teachings of the lineage of Max and Alma Theon and his disciple Mirra Alfassa. 

Aurobindo continued the work of Paul Richard and Mirra brought from Europe with European Integral Yoga born in Monte Verita, Switzerland in 1900 and in Paris. 

The Aurobindo Ashram made tomo as a symbol and logo the logo of Max Théon, and of Cosmic Philosophy and Kabbalah. 

Theon was a fervent follower of ancient Yoga, Egyptian, Jewish, India and Masonic wisdom. 

The Result was a yoga called PURNA YOGA or Complete Yoga known as the second French Integrated Yoga school in Pondicherry and third worldwide after Europe.
